At House of Dow, we take care in packaging and shipping your order so it arrives safely and in the condition described.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • We primarily ship via USPS and UPS to ensure safe delivery.

  • Local pickup is available from our store at 1501 Adams St, Toledo, OH 43604 during our business hours.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic orders: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • We currently only ship within the United States.

International & EU Shipping Orders shipped to the European Union and United Kingdom typically arrive within 10–21 business days after a 2–3 business day processing period. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in the destination country. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Packaging
We use secure packaging to protect your items in transit. Some orders may be shipped using recycled materials to reduce waste.

Damages During Shipping
All products are sold as-is in vintage condition. Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at shop@houseofdow.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage, your order number, and original packaging.

Local Pickup Instructions
If you choose local pickup, you will receive an email when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.
