1970's Nude Flocked Velvet Floral Vest. Super cool velvet flocked vest that probably had a matching skirt or pants at some point! But is still a very cool statement piece. Has 3 buttons. Sewing leads me to believe this is handmade. Measurements: 36" Bust, 30" Waist.
