So cute black and white polka dot dress with lace. Definitely could be used for Japanese Lolita wear. Very kawaii! Missing belt buckle. Some small popped seams on back of dress armpits. Small stain in lace shown in photos. Measurements: 36" Bust, 29" waist, free hip, 37" length.
