Several points of wear on this caplet; Ribbon is frayed and has holes, many strings of beads are missing, ruffles are smashed and frayed. Though it is very unique and very pretty. Has a slight smell of age, I sun bathed and steamed it. Measurements: Shoulder to shoulder is 16", edge to edge at bottom measures 36". Would best probably fit S-XL. It is a capelet so one size should fit most
