"Two Piece 1990‘s Vintage goes Antique Recollections Undergarment Historical Clothing Set. Cute undergarment set inspired by Victorian clothing made in the 90‘s. Puffy sleeve top with tulle in the inside shoulders. Underskirt made out of same material but nicely has elastic! Both pieces are made out of muslin. Top is missing a button on the last. Both labeled as a woman‘s large. Big blue staining on left side of the top underskirt, and some green and brown staining on bottom right side of skirt. This set is as is and reflected in price. Shirt: 38"" Bust, 38"" Waist, 21"" Length. Skirt waist measured flat is 29"" and then stretching as much as I could would be 38"". 40"" length. "
