Super rare “Lady and the Tramp circle skirt, this skirt came in fabric panels and instructions to make your own skirt from what I gathered! Our lady has a mother of pearl button. The only real damage I see is some very slight orange like stains towards the bottom shown in photos, not noticeable during wear. Theres some seams that could use some TLC but no holes or no fully popped. Waist measurement: about 24 Inches. Best fit on XS.
