This is the most perfect vintage dance/ ice skating costume. It would be perfect for a Chappell Roan concert or costume! Has some loose threads but in great condition otherwise. Measurements; 30" relaxed bust, stretches up to 34, waist 12" relaxed then stretched up to 28" waist, up to 34" Hip. Recommended fit XS, fit is on XS mannequin.
