Beautiful Flannel dress with exaggerated collar. Couldn‘t specifically date this piece, assuming anywhere from 50‘s maybe early 70‘s, talon zipper equates to around that time. Pockets! No wear that i can see other than loose stitch in pleating under right breast dart, can‘t see in photos, but you‘ll notice if you‘re hunting for it, loose not popped. Popped section of sleeve left side chest less than 1". Measurements: 37" Bust, 28" Waist, 38" Hip. 40" Length.
